These terms are a binding agreement between you and Posting Pal ("we", "us"). By creating an account, paying, sharing your link, or using Posting Pal in any way, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Posting Pal.
Posting Pal is software. It reads an offer you give it, uses your own AI account to make posts for it, and schedules them through a separate posting tool you connect. We are a tool that acts on your instructions. We do not write, endorse, check or approve your content, and we are not your agent, partner, employer or advisor.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your login, for keeping it private, and for everything done or published from your account. One person, one account.
Every payment is final and non-refundable, including the $100 start, the $1,000 Headliner upgrade, and any part of either paid by card to us or paid directly to another member. By paying you confirm you understand what you are buying and that no refund, credit or partial refund will be given for any reason, including not using it, changing your mind, results you hoped for, or a third-party tool or platform changing or stopping. If the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived, only that minimum applies.
You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for a payment you authorised. If you do, we may close your account and recover the amount and any fees from you.
Part of each purchase is sent by the buyer straight to another member (the person who shared the link, or the nearest Headliner above). That money never passes through us. We do not hold it, process it, guarantee it, or have any control over it. The buyer and the member who receives it deal with each other directly.
Anyone may share Posting Pal. To collect payments you must first agree to the sharing promises inside the app, and you must keep them: no spam, confirm payments within 24 hours, tell the truth, say you are paid, and keep it clean. You are an independent person sharing a product you use. You are not our employee, agent or representative, you may not speak for us, and you pay your own costs.
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and publish it on your behalf so the service can work. Posts are made by AI on your own account and may be wrong, odd or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing what goes out and for everything published, including its accuracy, claims, disclosures and rights to any images, names, logos or words. You confirm you have the right to promote every offer you add.
Posting Pal works with services we do not own or control: your AI provider, the posting tool, payment apps, and the social networks. You agree to their terms and you pay them directly. They can change, limit, charge for or stop their services at any time, and we are not responsible for what they do, what they cost, or any post they reject, remove or limit.
Posting Pal is a community of real people helping each other, and we want it to feel good to be part of. So the deal is simple: be respectful to other members, to the people you share with, and to our team. Harassment, threats, bullying, abuse, hateful remarks, pressuring people, or just being nasty to people will not be tolerated, in the app, in messages, by email, or anywhere you represent Posting Pal.
Access to Posting Pal is a privilege, not a right. We may limit, suspend or permanently remove anyone's access, including their share link and their place in the community, at any time and at our sole discretion, with or without warning, when we believe their behaviour is harming other people or the community. We do not have to prove a rule was broken first. A removed account is not refunded, and any payments that would have gone to it go to the next person above instead.
Posting Pal is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or produce any reach, followers, clicks, sales or income.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, income, audience, data or goodwill. Our total liability for anything to do with Posting Pal is limited to the amount you paid us by card in the twelve months before the claim. Money paid between members is never counted as paid to us.
You agree to defend, cover and hold harmless Posting Pal, its owner and its team from any claim, loss, cost, fine or legal fee caused by your content, how you promote, money you receive from other members (including refunds and chargebacks), your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or platform rule.
Any dispute will first be raised with us by email so we can try to sort it out. If it is not resolved in 30 days, it will be settled by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except for small claims cases. You agree to bring claims only for yourself, not as part of a class or group action. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Posting Pal is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
You can stop using Posting Pal at any time. We may suspend or close any account at any time, at our sole discretion, including for breaking these terms or for how someone treats people (section 9). Sections 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 12 and 13 still apply after an account ends.
We may update these terms. The date above shows when, and using Posting Pal after a change means you accept it. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, the sharing promises in the app and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between us.
